does anyone hace an idea of how long it takes for the HP (serco) to send their report back to DWP and whether you can then aslk for a copy of it? thanks in advance
Reports are supposed to be sent back to the DWP within 24 hrs. Some people find their reports take longer because the assessment services are doing an internal audit. Ring the DWP first and they will be able to tell you whether they have the report.
