I recently completed my migration from ESA to UC, with the help of a friend and using the B&W migration guide. I managed to prove my ID electronically, so hopefully no need to attend the Jobcentre in person. I'm going to post a copy of the claimant commitment below, may I ask if it looks correct for someone that was in the support group?
