I just wanted to share my experience, and to hopefully give those of you who are concerned about the length of delays in relation to your cases the following:
I started my claim in June 2023 for LCWRA. I was placed in the LCW group. Contested to MR. Failed. Went to FtT and failed. Taken it to UtT who found an error of law, and it was referred back to a new First Tier Tribunal hearing which is set for June 2025. So, overall, 2 years for the approximate time for my case based on these. My tribunal will be a Telephone one.
