PIP removed after phone assessment was created by Scribbles163
Well, this time they have only scored me only 4 points each in daily/mobility section after a phone assessment, fully taking away my award.
I have just received the assessors report and it is full of errors - wrong dates for start of conditions, wrong conditions, pure lies about other things and most other things just wrong or made up.
I guess it gives me a good start for a mandatory reconsideration - but no money in the mean time!
I am so frustrated and angry.
This system is just so utterly broken.

Hi Scribbles163
I'm sorry to hear that you have lost your award and therefore some of your income.
Do have a look at the guide to Appeals if you need help with the MR process and also have a look at the guide - Best possible ways to challenge a PIP medical report

Dear Scribbles 163, sorry to hear they have s----ed you over as they do to so many. But it does sound as though it could be worth putting in an immediate complaint to the assessment provider that the assessment was
"Not fit for purpose"
due to the various purely factual errors you mention. These presumably are straightforward to prove by reference to your medical evidence.
If you have a recording it will be helpful in challenging the lies and wrong/made up stuff. If you don't have a recording, other readers please please note, it's assessments like this that are why everyone should arrange to make their own recording, without mentioning it, which is perfectly legit.
Best wishes and let us know how you get on,
Denby
