I'm wondering can you redact parts of medical reports you are sending with your child's DLA claim form? It would be on my sons ADHD assessment report, it is personal family information that does not affect diagnosis. So it would not refact the diagnosis part or saying that ADHD is significantly affecting his life, just would take out some sensitive information. Can I do this? And would it be questioned? Or a bad idea?
You can redact whatever you like. Will they be curious? Probably, but you can always put in your evidence why you have chosen not to include specific sections. Is it a bad idea? You have to do what feels right for you and your son.
