Dear helpful friends

I am wondering if you have a review of your ESA before 2028, will you still be classed as a new claimant and not re assessed as a new claimant.

Hi Minxy

The proposals are at the Green Paper stage. We will have to wait until the final draft to know for sure. Keep an eye on the News section of BenefitsandWork.
