Hi DC. Everyone moved to UC needs to apply independently to their council for Council Tax Support. Mine will only cover 75% for UC claimants, so I will need to pay 25% myself. Each council is different, so check your council’s website. It’s yet another thing we are losing along with our premiums :-(

Have you tried phoning the Citizens Advice Help to Claim service? If they cannot help they should put you in touch with someone at your local Citizens Advice who could give you personal assistance.
