Bank statements on UC migration.

Hello. I’ve only just yesterday I completed my migration application to UC.

All went well, until after I completed it and there was a ‘show proof of bank balance’ in my to-do list.

It took me to a page called ‘ecospend’ where I could share my bank details and 3months of statements with UC. I did this no problem, however I now have a message to attend the job centre on Friday requesting that I bring the same bank statements.

I’ve requested a phone appointment as I suffer from really panic attacks and they insist on face to face because it’s bank statements.

I don’t know what to do now?

Thankfully, they eventually let me upload my statements directly to them, and all is well.

It was my fault when declaring how much was in my account, I had mixed up my digits and it didn’t match with what ecospsend had seen.
