Still no change in my UC status and the agent has stopped replying to me.
I sent off my email complaint to the area manager this morning.
I called Citizens Advice and had a 3 way call with UC but the UC agent on the call was very unhelpful and rude, kept repeating what the other agent had written in my journal, they then said I should call ESA to chase things, they then said they were going to end the call and would make a note of the call in my UC journal, they then hung up.
Needless to say there is not mention in my UC journal that I had made the call.
The citizens advice person just said wait for a day and see what happens and I could always call back.
I did try calling ESA, 3 times in fact, but got hung up on each time.
This whole process has left me feeling like I am some kind of worthless person who is just a drain on society and that I should just disappear and shut up... it is not a nice feeling at all
Really struggling here

Hi David,
You said that my area manager was a Jan Haining and that is who I have sent the email complaint to.
However I have just read another recent post by you sating that Jan Haining is the area manager for a place in Cornwall?
This has left me somewhat confused as I live up the other end of the UK from Cornwall.
Can you clarify please?

No....it's Julie Hanley in Cornwall. I hope I did not make a mistake before.

Just want to give a quick update.
After much backwards and forwards with UC via my journal, phone calls, complaints etc. I noticed that my online statement has now been adjusted to show the correct amounts (I think)
I will keep an eye on things over the next few months just to make sure.
Thanks David and the B&W team for all your help.
