UC transitional protection was created by Eggcustard

My husbands mom put half of her house into his name years ago, we gain no income from this.
Do we need to declare this as capital? She is a pensioner

If it is capital is it covered by transitional protection?

Whether the house is deemed an investment for UC purposes depends on who is living in it.
