Question on ESA to UC migration extension was created by Benson

Hi. If I get an extension to my migration for a month, do I still keep the transitional protection, or does that go ?

Also, do they usually check bank statements upon migration, or only after I have been on UC for at least 4 months ?

Hi Benson

If the DWP give you an extension then you keep your Transitional Protection.
A lot of Forum members have reported being asked for bank statements on Managed Migration.
