Sorry I meant to add until my husband had to claim his pension this week, I was part of our ESA claim, now we are classed as a mixed age couple and I need to do the application for UC. In 2014 I was retired on medical grounds, I have a lung disease and I also receive PIP. Until now I have been in the support group, so I don't understand why I need to do a capability for work questionnaire now I'm so worried about completing this incorrectly or not using the correct words as they see it any help would be much appreciated
Have you previously had a DWP medical assessment either face to face or paper based because you yourself claimed ESA or Incapacity Benefit? This is a separate examination from the PIP one.
