My advisor from a PIP appeal put in a COC, she said it would trigger the move to ADP.
Which it did, but I have now received a new award letter... Still at standard for both DL and Mobility. Sadly when she did the COC form for me it seems it wasn't done very well - just a few sentences saying the same thing and she didn't send the medical reports (ones she obtained for for the PIP Appeal) - I feel she should have.
I have decided to do a MR by myself, my question is - can I follow the guide for PIP MR's is it the same kind of thing as ADP?
I'm sorry - but apart from knowing that you have to put in a re-determination (which is equivalent to the MR) - I can't say follow the guide for PIP MRs - because I don't know what questions were on your original form. The only guidance I can follow online is on the Scottish government site www.mygov.scot/personal-independence-pay...allenging-a-decision - which only seems to give you the bare bones of what to do.
