UC questions was created by Souter
Hi, can anyone advise if the questions are straightforward or difficult. My brother has to complete the form tomorrow. I am his appointee as he has mental health issues. I’m just very nervous about completing it.
Kind regards

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hello Souter,
I have not done the managed migration to UC yet but I intend to call Citizens Advice Bureau Help to Claim and do the form online either over a few days or all in one go, with CAB Help to Claim on the phone with me, so I can ask them questions if I need to.
I have no intention of filling in the migration to UC form alone.
When I called CAB Help to Claim, you can see my locked post at the top of this page where I recommend them, and I gave quite a lot of detailed information about what they told me and also about the letter they sent me, I asked the adviser if I could call them back for their help while I fill in the migration to UC form online, the adviser said of course.
The adviser I talked to was was very willing to help.
Unless I am mistaken it is my understanding that CAB Help to Claim was created especially to help people migrate to UC.
Best wishes
