Thank you David and VIA,
I have located a recent letter from ESA which states support group and like you, in case I need it, I’ll use it.
I have such peace of mind and thank you both of you, and VIA for sharing this advice which I’ve taken. What an amazing help.

Just a quick update to say thank you David & VIA and to possibly be a benefit to some users.
I had the face to face for standard identity. I brought the ESA Support Group letter and it was indeed needed and verified that I would be placed into the LCWRA group. Without the letter, this would not have happened.
The staff looked through my application to ensure it was ok. I brought my housing tenancy proof despite already uploading it and this was necessary as it allowed verification.
My bank card also was necessary to allow for the advanced payment for the 5 weeks missing any payments.
Thank you so much for your help. I was successful as I brought the key documents.
I was told directly that there is a glitch with asking ESA customers on support group - asking for the work search information. There are no requirements to have work related activities for ESA SG claimants whatsoever.
I was told as soon as I was verified / the appointment ended and accepted my claimant commitments it would be taken off (the requirement for any work related activity). This was the case.
I can confirm that my only commitments ended up being simply, what mine have always been, simply update if there are a change of circumstance with the addition of responding to any to do’s.
No job search, I am left alone!
I wish it would have been simple and care free - having that work search on the to do affected my health terribly. It is now removed as above mentioned.
This site / news posts / migration details and your help on this thread saved me. So grateful.
Bring the documents everyone and you’ll be fine - especially support group proof within the ESA letter. Thank you VIA.
All the very best ,

Hi GlassJune,
Thank you for your feedback. It is interesting that they confirmed there was a glitch in their IT which creates Work Search conditions for ESA Support Group migrators.
