im really struggling to get a yes or no answer to this question
we re council tenants on income support carers and pip
AFTER the two week run on of benefit till they sort claim out
so from week three will we be charged full rent till we get first payment of uc

Hi debmarc,
I think you need advice regarding your personal rent account and this should be provided by the Council you rent from.
For advice about Universal Credit there is the UC Migration Helpline.
Universal Credit Migration Notice helpline
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
Phone: 0800 169 0328
0800 phone numbers are free to call from mobiles and landlines

i got my answer today after speaking to uc helpline
he answered it straight away as it was a simple question
the question was not about my personal rent account it was a general question what i mistakenely thought a mod might be able to answer{maybe someone else would have read my simple question and not copied and pasted some irrelevant info from .gov
i wont be renewing my subscription
