DLA renewal for children was created by Batmanthedog
Hi
I have received a DLA form for renewal of my son's award. I have looked at the guide "DLA claims for children on Physical or Mental Health Grounds" but it is for a different form than the one I have been sent.

Is there a guide for this particular renewal form (DLA1AChild)?
