Will it cause any issues with the DWP, if I transfer £11,000, to pay 12 m rent

Hi Gordon,

Ahhh - that may be why I'm confused as I've never really understood what they mean tbh. I thought if I won a case via courts and got money backdated, then that meant it had been an error by DWP - but sounds a lot more technical than just that.

Cheers Gordon - I'm trying to learn more as I'm going along on here, but there's so much that's.....well takes a lot of understanding, should I say.

The vast majority of DWP -> Tribunal Decisions do not involve an Error of Law just a disagreement over the points scored.
