Hi I need some help

Carer with disabilites with terminally ill child

The DWP have decided to re- evaluate my carers claim from 5 years ago .

They asked for the “tickets “ from a Eurostar day trip from 2019

Proof that my child was at college in 2021. He was at school he was not old enough for college

To “ walk “ to the street sign and take a photo. I'm in a wheelchsir

They have now stopped my claim

Tribunal ordered a mandatory reconciliation in Dec 2023
Ignored by the DWP
Claim closed from 2021?

Any suggestions / legal help would be great

Re-valuation from 5 years ago seems a bit extreme, you will need to seek specialist advice either from a Welfare Rights Organisation or a law centre; advicelocal.uk
lawcentres.org
