The DWP advertise that renewal forms can be sent out up to 12 months before the award end date. However, recently, some people have been receiving them up to 18 months before because of the backlog they have, and it allows more time for the DWP to process them. In reality, we can't tell you when you will receive yours because it has varied across the country.
