Hi am just wondering if you could help I was awarded LCWRA 10 months ago I was told I could do up to 16 hours a week but am only capable off doing 8 hours a week over 5 days I was trying to save up for a mobility scooter but now am struggling to do eight hours a week I have got half the money to put towards one so now I wondering if I tell my work coach I can no longer do eight hours I might have be recessed again for LCWRA or I will be ok many thanks
Reducing your hours or even stopping work will not require an automatic reassessment of your claim.
The logical conclusion, I realise we are dealing with the DWP, would be that your conditions have worsened, as you already have an LCWRA award it would be a waste of public money to reassess you under these circumstances.
