Daughter is 28, was on DLA MR care, LR mobility indefinite award.
Mobility declined significantly so reported a CoC in June which required her to apply for PIP. F2F assessment later and decision received 15 Oct, enhanced mobility and standard care to commence 15 Nov.
It seems she can’t get it backdated, and they won’t give high DLA mobility backdated so she misses out due to their delays in switching over.
Has anyone successfully challenged this? It’s very unfair.
