Hi there, I have problems accessing the pip guides, I'm logged in, subscribed and all ready to go but it denies me access to the guides. I've emailed twice now and still no reply. I have a face to face assessment coming up soon and I'm anxious as hell, it is not helping me at all... Please help!!!
