Hi, after 5 weeks of waiting for a decision I finally got my envelope today and they’ve kept me in the support group! So thank you to benefits and work, your help is invaluable.
Can someone tell me the name of the form I can get from the DWP, that shows how they came to the decision? I had a very positive WCA and I’d like to use the evidence as support for my PIP application.

Congratulations on the award, well done.

You can ask for the assessment report (ESA85), this should give you a better understanding of how the award was made, just contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.
