Won my appeal: after 40 minutes of grilling by the 3 strong team, I have been awarded enhanced rate on both till 20 21 it was a very long morning. Thank you for your helo everyone

Really pleased for you, well done for getting through the hearing.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, I would give them a call next week to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.

so happy for you on monday my wife had her appeal and with the help of a local advocate the panel of 3 turned things around completely proper people who understand not these so called health proffesionals now on higher rate of both which will make a fantastic difference and backdated til 01/11/2017 the wait was horrible 14 months something has got to be done about that.
