Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Light Touch means that the DWP will try and avoid contacting the claimant for an assessment, it does not guarantee it as it could rely on a GP responding which many don't but if they can they will.

Sorry for highjacking this thread. Pam.
Thanks Gordon, But I couldent find anything regarding Light touch anywhere Gordon, I wonder if you could point where this is known and quotes this information as I've looked everywhere in the past I know my award reviewer isent due till 2027.
As know I don't have much to do with my new GP surgery as my old one closed I just get my meds but at the mo I'm still under my other consultants but how long for as they've stated o won't get better and are lifelong and deterioration is only going to happen, so I may not even have them by the time it's due again.
I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.

Sorry Gordon, I must have my thick head on I can't seem to find anything regarding it anywhere.
I've tried the above and add DWP PIP soft touch and still nought? I really don't know how you found it.
I know my nut has fallen from the tree and I've lost my head but I must be missing something here. Lol
