I received the result today [24.03.2018] - having sent the form [and a lot of extra pages] on 6th Jan by recorded, signed for delivery. So much for them adhering to reasonable time limits for response! BUT my daughter gets enhanced mobility and care *ongoing*.
Now I gather the council will remove most of this under the guise of Fairer Charging ... it's her only income and her savings are minimal ....
