Firstly thank you The guides helped me fill in the forms, I have been put in the support group (no assessment) With my pip I rang to ask for a copy of the report how many points and for how long awarded.
My question is as no assessment made will there be points, report, and length of awarded. The award was for 3yrs last time but it's been well over 4 till I had to fill in the form.
