Not being able to get dressed everyday is not a choice that I am making! I wonder why you say that. There was a typo in my post when I said it doesn’t cause an increase in pain, it should say that it does. I can actually only get washed and dressed every other day at best and then only in a nightie or joggers, not fully dressed.

Because I didn't think you had explained why you could not get dressed and I wondered if this was why you had lost the points. You are not expected to complete the PIP activities pain free, you don't qualify the pain in your post and most members do, so it is easy to assume that it not limiting your activities.
Understand, the only view I have of your problems is what you write and that is to a considerable all that those assessing you see.
