I have recently had the letter to say I am going to be transferred to PIP. and have downloaded the PIP1 form, which amounts to 20 pages. Does this have anything to do with the 'phone call to begin the claim? Will they ask all the questions on the form during a telephone "interview"? I am severely depressed and do not use the telephone, so my wife will be making the call and answer all the questions is this going to be acceptable to them? Has anyone done this?
