Hi,just to update you.I have won my appeal!!
I was unable to attend the Tribunal because of my bad health and I sent a letter to the courts explaining this.
The reason I won was because the DWP didn't have enough evidence that they attended my house unannounced.
I hope everyone going through tough times right now is able to stay strong and fight.Don't let them grind you down
I'm so Happy now :)

Congratulations on the award, well done.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, I would give the DWP a call to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.
