I had thought it could be treated as that after I posted my last message. Anyway, I'll put the envelope somewhere safe when it arrives and get my doctor to write me the letter much, much nearer the time or even when they've written to me.

One more thing, as the girl is sending me a pre paid envelope, she said so I don't have to phone to get the address and it's freepost, there won't be some kind of 'change of circumstances form' or something like that inside the envelope.

I didn't say anything about change of circumstances, just that my doctor has offered to back me up if need be.

Am I worrying for nothing?
