PIP Tribunal was created by Diane
  			 				Hi
We have just returned from my Husbands Tribunal.
The panel took 2 minutes to reinstate his PIP award. They told us that they could see from the letters and evidence provided that the original decision and the following Mandatory Reconsideration were flawed.
We have suffered 10 months of worry and heartache due to the lies submitted by the "Health Professional".
I put the above in inverted commas as no liar like this should have the term professional attached to their name unless they were a Con Artist by trade.
Many thanks to Benefits and Work for their websites' invaluable help and I would advise anyone (who has the equipment and is capable) to record any interview by these so called Health Professionals.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

That's terrific news, well done.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, although Xmas may extend this by a week or two. I would contact the DWP at the end of the week to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.

And yet this HP probably doesn't get removed from their position, and continues to cause further misery to other claimants.
