I sent in a Subject access request to DWP a couple of weeks ago by recorded delivery. I have not had any reply yet, do they normally acknowledge the request or just send the information out when ready? Thank you

I would not expect the DWP to acknowledge receiving a SAR, they have 40 calendar days to respond.
