If a Decision Maker believes there are inaccuracies in the report or that there are significant discrepancies between the report and the claimants evidence then they can go back to the assessor for them to make further comment.

Thanks Gordon,
This is whats happened in my case, the DWP have gone back to the assessor, But I cant see the assessor saying anything different in their reply as that would be admitting they didn't do their job properly in the 1st place.
