Got enhanced rate for both was created by wats49
I helped my friend who is certified blind fill out forms using your guides , which without would have been a very hard thing to do ,he called today to get an update and was told he got both enhanced rates for 10yrs.

Hi sent form away in August and got his assessment in oct. From start to result took 3 months .
