Hi, Below statement in your recent news letter ‘Last week the government announced that claimants who have to attend a WCA from 29 September 2017 will not have to have repeat assessments if they meet certain, at that time undisclosed, criteria.’
I had my recent ESA review on the 6th September and thankfully placed in the Support Group. So does the above statement mean I would not be considered for the new ruling as my re-assessment was before the 29th September.
