I'm glad it helped a little. I found ti quite cathartic to appeal and point out the wrong things in my paper submission. I couldn't attend due to possible deterioration in health and did a paper appeal. that may be an option for you if you have paper evidence, and could do a paper submission. I mentioned why i couldn't attend.
Hello sooz, I just wondered if you had any further developments in your 'soft touch' case. Have you been to your tribunal yet ? How did it go ? I would definitely mentioned that comment at the tribunal as it indicates the attitude of the DWP towards claimants. Hope you did well.
