I ticked the relevant question box and completed the information boxes as you suggested. Brown envelope arrived today and again I have been awarded PIP At enhanced rate for ongoing period of 3 years for both mobility and daily living component without the need of attending a face-to-face medical assessment. Big thank to your team for the information you supply which make filling in a complicated form easier to understand.
