I think there may be a website problem here - you are addressing replies to So fed up, but I am seeing a user name of Sully32. Also, there is a strange character showing after the name So fed up, shaped liked a little square on my screen.
Just thought I'd mention it.

Could I have some advice please in regards to previous post received a letter today from DWP asking for more information it says you recently attended a ftf on 20/417 where it was decided your needs have increased they are asking did I have the increased needs on the 27/10/16 or before if it was after this date please tell us when My son rang them but the man on the phone couldn't say why he said he had the information regarding the call on Tuesday where he it was agreed the 3month rule nov- Feb so in your opinion why are they requesting this information thanks inadvance
