hello all the mods,
extremely sorry if I am posting on the wrong page again I haven't been on this site to post for few weeks. I just wanted to say that I had my f2f for PIP at the centre as they refused home visit it lasted for half hr. Some lies but I request for the atos report and on his report the acitivies he has given me for daily living 13 in total and mobility 0 for planning journey but for moving around looked up all these point systems and hes given me unable to walk or stand more than one meter without the use of aids and checked the points which is 12. this was on the atos report now what my question is can the DWP change these recommended by atos after f2f interview with possibility of reducing the points the way I'm reading the assessors report that if they awarded for recommendation to dwp then I think its enhanced for both. but my worry is DWP reducing the points to get me to either nothing or standard. I would love to hear your side as u lovely ppl have more experience and knowledge. and how long does the dwp take to send the decision out
thank up

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

It is the DWP that will make the Decision on your claim, however. the Decision Maker would need good reason to override the recommendation of the assessor.

Hello everyone,
Just to let you know that switching from DLA to PIP after a long wait I have been awarded enhanced for care and Mob. It says ongoing but I guess its 10 years and review in 9 years the decision maker went with the assessors report and points
Thank you very much all for your held and advise
