:) I want to thank benefits and work for all the help you given I've had 8 months of worry in regards my esa assessment which they declined to put me back in the support group but with all your help I did mandatory consideration which they finally put me back in support group. I don't know what I would do without you. God bless you for the help you have given as I very much appreciate it

That is great news. I have been waiting for ESA to assess me after the 13 weeks. I have filled the forms in but have still not heard. This was late September I filled the forms in, can you give me any advice

Hi Maggie and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

There are still considerable delays in assessments in some areas. You can contact Maximus and ask what is happening if you wish (for instance, if you are worried that an appointment might have been sent out but gone astray).

www.chdauk.co.uk/contact-us

Please will you start a topic of your own if you have further questions or comments about your ESA claim? We ask members not to 'tag' questions onto another member's topic as it has the potential for the wrong information to be given/taken.
