Many thanks to Benefits to work Forum for their invaluable advice, The PIP tribunal has just re-enstated my wife with higher rate Mobility for 5 years.
It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result. It would be worth your checking with the DWP to ensure that they have received the Decision Notice.
