Help please. was created by Peter Barczak
Here I am, Appeal tribunal on the 12th and I haven't a clue what to do here.
Does someone help me or do I just find something relevant to read up on?
Thank you.
Peter

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Your membership buys you access to the claim guides for ESA, DLA, PIP and Attendance Allowance. The forum is an extra service where you can ask about things that are unclear.
I'm sorry that you have to go through an appeal
Is it for PIP, ESA or something else?
The relevant guides explain the appeal process and the criteria you are being assessed against, ESA and PIP are the main benefits we deal with.
PIP help for claimants
ESA claims and appeals
This video shows what to expect for an ESA appeal, PIP will be similar but have an extra panel member
MOJ Video of ESA Appeals Process and Tribunal
The following links should be relevant,. no matter what benefit you are trying to claim
Disability Rights UK Factsheet - Appeals and reconsiderations
Preparing for a Tribunal
Good practice for those appealing
Please reply to this message with further questions or comments and we will do our best to help. May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? Hi,
I found the top link gave access denied but on visiting their website I think the bottom link is of use.
It might be that the top link is not available to non-signed in users.
