Hi , I'm currently in the support group for my ESA and my 3 year award is due for renewal any day now .. I haven't received the forms yet , do I ring them and chase them up or just sit this one out and wait ?

I would actually phone Maximus, they carry out the assessment process and can tell you if the DWP have started the process.
Hi, have you received your forms yet? I am in the same position, no forms have arrived. I'm hoping they have decided to extend it and haven't told me, not likely though!
