Should I contact any section to confirm they have logged ESA50 onto system? Maybe contact Health Assessment Advisory Service to confirm that I sent form to Wolverhampton? Apparently Wembley is the area I should have sent it to???
I telephoned the Health Assessment Advisory Service. Who said it is correct to return the ESA50 in the enclosed envelope to address on it, Wolverhampton.
It then takes 5 working days to reach them and to telephone again next week to make sure they have it. Fine..(.BUT the reminder letter had stated to return form to the local office as they state the return address is at top of letter). Was so confused and eyesight problems. so just quickly scan letters. 4 weeks is not enough to get all this done.
