ESA renewal - Support Group -Without Medical

Got letter through today and glad to say with B & W help I've been put in the Support Group, just like to know if there's anyway I can get any further information. On how they came to their decision and the length of time I've been placed in the SG. Once again THANKS!!! For all your help.

It would seem sensible and understandable if you were to phone the DWP and ask them to clarify these points for you.You might also follow your telephone enquiry with a written one. Obviously your award letter gave you little information so I'm sure you're entitled to know exactly where you stand.
