Thanks to your amazing site I have been awarded enhanced rate for care and standard rate for mobility.
Initially I was only awarded 4 pts for 'Needs prompting to be able to undertake any journey to avoid over whelming psychological distress to the claimant'. So did not qualify for the mobility component even though under DLA I received low rate mobility due to severe anxiety.

However I asked for a reconsideration and under your advice sent supporting letters using the words 'to actively navigate' which resulted in me scoring 10pts for 'Cannot follow the route of an unfamiliar journey without another person, assistance dog or orientation aid'.

I cannot thank you enough. You do a marvellous job and know for sure that you must be saving lives.
