PIP awarded at tribunal thanks B&W was created by Tony

Attended ATOS assessment got 3 points got to tribunal and was given 11 wow, thanks for your help, oh and awarded for 3 years no mention of reassement in less than that, but bet they do!

That's great news Tony! Thanks for letting us know, it gives our members hope when they see someone else going through appeal and winning

I do hope your fears, of early reassessment, are unfounded. You never know, they might be backlogged again by then and deferring reassessments :cheer:
