Thanks to your advice on evidence for filling in the ESA form I've been placed straight in the support group just on the strength of the form. Well worth taking all the effort. Many thanks.

I don't know how long before I'm reassessed, and I'm anticipating the DLA / PIP transition. Would seeing the report sent to the Decision Maker be useful to me ? Do I have a right to ask to see it if I'm not (yet) appealing anything ?

Again, many thanks. I'll be following your advice for the PIP application.

Congratulations on the award.

Your re-assessment date will have been set by the prognosis in the assessment report, you can either ask the DWP directly or order a copy of the report, just phone the DWP and ask for a copy of your ESA85, if you had a face to face and the ESA85A if you didn't. There should be no problem with you making the request.
